I’m Jimmy Fenner, lead instructor at TRG. I am a licensed EMT with hands‑on experience from the front lines of public safety. I’ve proudly served as a police officer and firefighter, graduating at the top of my law enforcement academy class and earning commendations for professional performance under pressure.

Today, I work in the private security industry, providing executive protection and residential security services for VIP clients. I take training seriously — having completed countless specialty courses to sharpen my skills in emergency response, first‑line medical care, high‑threat tactical operations, and crisis management.

I bring that experience to you through practical, accessible training designed to build confidence and readiness. Whether you’re an individual, a family, or an organization, my goal is simple: to help you stay calm, capable, and prepared when every second counts.

I’m certified as a STOP THE BLEED® instructor as well as a CPR / First Aid instructor through both the American Heart Association and the American Red Cross. I offer certified  CPR / AED / STOP THE BLEED® instruction, emergency preparedness consultation, and First Aid equipment acquisition.
